"MR RM is a CD with a variety of styles and and sonic textures. As a result the entire CD keeps your interest. This is a CD you want to listen to many times."
" MR RM, the new CD by Rex Miller and Mark Robinson incorpororates a number of different types of musical styles. It will be difficult to find the proper music section for this one. It probably fits best in the category of " Good Music". From a carribbean lilt, New Orleans second-line drumming, blues,Memphis -style soul, rap, and even a song incorporating sweet kids singing! This CD has it all."
"On the CD MR RM ( and interesting play on their initials) by Mark Robinson and Rex Miller you find that they don't cover anyone else's music. If you're a lover of original compositions you'll love this CD. They wrote or co-wrote 11 of the the tracks on this CD. Some tunes are autobiographical and most have lyrics that every man (or woman) can relate to."
"Did you ever hear a song that you just can't get out of your mind? Well on the the CD by Miller and Robinson, MR RM , there is not one song but two, I'm hummin' in my head. One because it's got some irresistable kids voices that is totally catchy with hooks that will just reel you in.("Fish On The Square").
The other song gets me with the beat but the lyrics make me smile and the party chorus at the end just puts you in a good-time party mood.("I Got Drunk Down In New Orleans"). The other songs are the CD are good but it's this one is worth getting if just for the those two songs.
"The people of Indiana have something to be proud of. I know of very few musicians that proclaim the accolades of the state. On the new CD by Rex Miller and Mark Robinson, MR RM , they mention some of the good things about the joys of being in Indiana, and working on the "County Road Crew" is not one of them. If there is a big record company/ distributor in Indiana out there, pick up on this one."
