Peter Lang and Phil Heywood
Double CD Release Party!
Two of the finest fingerpicking guitar stylists in the Twin Cities we are in for a real treat at this performance. Lang, who rarely tours anymore is making one of his infrequent appearances and this also marks the release of his first album of new material in 23 years.
This night will be a real treat for acoustic guitar fans!

Boubacar Traore
"Boubacar Traore may be from Mali but his music is reminiscent of Robert Johnson, Willie Dixon, Muddy Waters and Ben Harper. Combining Western and African instruments, Traore conjures a universal sound with the plaintive yearning in his voice and the opens spaces of his sparse arrangements." (From the Cedar newsletter.) This show should be a very unique experience for local blues and world music fans.
