Released in 1998, "Blues on the High Seas-King Snake LIVE" was recorded live on a three day Premier Cruise Lines Caribbean cruise and consists of recordings from much of the current King Snake Records lineup.
Playing on all tracks is the Midnight Creepers: Mike Galloway; Warren King; Ace Moreland; Bob Greenlee; Larry Jacoby; Chucki Burke and Bill Samuel and Noble "Thin Man" Watts of the King Snake Horns.
Artists performing versions of their tunes include Moreland "Ain't Nothin' But a Party," "You Got a Way with Me," "No, No, Henrietta") Midnight Creepers ("Big Mama's in the House"), Junior Markham ("That's What I Likes About Love," House of Blue"), Floyd Miles ("Goin' Back to Daytona," "Cold, Cold World"), Watts ("Please Send Me Someone to Love") and Sonny Rhodes ("You're the One," "Put the Shoe on the Other Foot"). Special guest slinger Kenny Neal joins the floating party on guitar and backward ball cap.
