Christmas gumbo with a blend of traditional and new holiday music by some of New Orleans’ finest musicians. This is Allen Toussaint’s new records label and features a great cast of New Orleans’ musicians including Toussaint, Larry Hamilton, Wallace Johnson, and the New Birth Brass Band. Christmas as it would sound at the other end of the Mississippi river in the Crescent city. Toussaint’s piano is always such a treat to listen to and "Winter Wonderland" is a favorite around our house.
